Working at HIVA

The HIVA-K.U.Leuven Research Institute for Work and Society comprises a team of more than 80 qualified academic researchers and employees. HIVA has a multidisciplinary staff and specialises in policy-oriented research on labour and society. Our top priorities are scientific quality and social relevance. Creating and developing new insights is a joint endeavour, for which enthusiastic employees with various different qualities are required.

Jobs for students

HIVA has jobs for students both during the academic year and over the summer period. We use students to provide support with the collection and processing of research data.

Interview jobs

HIVA has a network of self-employed interviewers in Flanders and Brussels, which it uses to record oral interviews in connection with research assignments. We are regularly looking for new interviewers.
