The affordability of housing on the private rental market

The objectives of the research are: 1) to document the problem of affordability of housing on the private rental market and the related problem of quality of housing; 2) to draw up a list of policy approaches towards solving these problems; 3) to evaluate the effects of these policy approaches based on available evaluation studies. The research is mainly based on secondary data.
