Survey of the child-staff ratio in the schild care services in Flanders

Kind en Gezin (Child & Family, a Flemish governmental agency) wants to work out a new licence system for the whole childcare sector. The maximum child-staff ratio is in this contaxt an important issue. Nowadays the rules for family care services and group care services are different. Implementing a new licence system presupposes a good knowledge of the actual ratios.
